By Road:
Arriving from Sarlat:
1. Exit Sarlat direction Bergerac / Beynac.
2. You will be travelling on Rt. D703
3. Pass Beynac.
4. Pass St Cyprien. After 4 km look for the sign
Chateau de Mirabel ' on your left . Turn left and the long driveway will take you to the gates of the chateau.
5. If you reached Siorac, you went 1.5 km too far. If you reached Le Buisson you went 4 km too far.
Arriving from Bergerac:
1. Follow directions for Sarlat.
2. You will travel on Rt. D703 for 45km. Chateau de Mirabel is located on Rt. D703 between Bergerac and Sarlat.
3. Pass Lalinde
4. Pass Le Buisson
5. Pass Siorac, you will travel for 1.5 km
6. Look for the sign ' Chateau de Mirabel ' on your right.
7. Turn Right and the long driveway will take you to the gates of the chateau.
Arriving from the North via A20 ( FROM PARIS, LIMOGES, CLERMONT-FERRAND) , ignore Sarlat signs when arriving in Brive. Continue south towards Toulouse on A20 for another 30 km.TAKE EXIT 55 SOUILLAC / SARLAT AND THEN FOLLOW THE SIGNS FOR SARLAT.
Arriving from the South via A20 ( FROM TOULOUSE OR CAHORS) , ignore the Sarlat sign at the exit 56. Continue north on A20 for another 25 km. TAKE EXIT 55 SOUILLAC / SARLAT AND THEN FOLLOW THE SIGNS FOR SARLAT.
By Train
Take the Eurostar from London Waterloo to Lille. Then take the TGV (high speed train) to Libourne or Bordeaux, where you can hire a car.
